All orders will be processed and dispatched within the next two business days.

We offer flat rate shipping within Australia with Australia Post.

For orders under $99.00

Standard Parcel Post $9.50
Express Post $15.00

For Orders over $100.00

Standard Parcel Post: Free
Express Post: $15.00

Express Post does not guarantee next day delivery. Express Post means that once Australia Post has received your goods, it will do its best to get it to you ASAP.

Australia Post Tracking
Every order placed will receive a tracking number with Australia Post which will be sent to your email address. COVID-19 may impact on delivery times; please use www.auspost.com.au to see current delivery times. During peak times, such as Christmas, please allow extra time for delivery.

Have you provided us with the correct shipping address?

Sometimes mistakes happen and you may have entered the wrong shipping address. If this happens please email us ASAP at cleanhealingcompany@gmail.com

Unfortunately, once your package has been shipped, we cannot amend the shipping address and it will be your responsibility to connect with Australia Post and get your package redirected.

We are not liable for incorrect addresses and refunds will not be issues if a package is sent to the wrong address.

Has your package not arrived?

COVID-19 has impacted on delivery times. If you have placed your order and it has not arrived within 14 days, please send us an email at cleanhealingcompany@gmail.com

Default order shipping includes "Authority To Leave" instructions, whereby the postage carrier is not required to collect signature on delivery and may leave your parcel unattended on your property. "Authority to Leave" instructions release Clean Healing Company from all responsibility in regards to ensuring delivery to your person, including situations when goods are stolen.
